Register A entries marked "except managing" (№ 001, 002, 006, 008) describe holding structures without day-to-day subsidiary management; managing functions are separate entries in Register B (№ 019–020). Certificate № 004 expressly excludes international trade financing. Certificate № 006 excludes bank and managing functions. These boundaries are scope descriptions only and do not constitute legal characterization of any actual entity.
